2. What data we process and why

This website is designed to process as little data as possible:

• Email enquiries: if you write to hola@comomas.com, we process your email address and the content of your message for the sole purpose of replying to your enquiry.
• Aggregated analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless measurement tool that does not track individual users or store personal identifiers. We only receive aggregated statistics (page views, country of origin, browser type).

There are no sign-up forms, newsletters or advertising on this site.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis for answering your enquiries is the consent you give by writing to us (art. 6.1.a GDPR). Cookieless aggregated analytics relies on the owner's legitimate interest in understanding how the Site is used (art. 6.1.f GDPR) without affecting your privacy.

4. Retention

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and, at most, for the legally required limitation periods.

5. Recipients

Data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. The Site is served through the infrastructure of Cloudflare, Inc., acting as data processor with adequate safeguards (EU standard contractual clauses).

6. Your rights
